CAPITOL FEDERAL FINANCIAL, INC.® ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND AND STOCK BUYBACK UPDATE

Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: CFFN) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share on outstanding CFFN common stock. The dividend is payable on August 21, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 7, 2026. Between April 1, 2026 and July 23, 2026, the Company has also repurchased 1,985,308 shares of common stock at an average cost of $7.78 per share. As of July 23, 2026, total shares outstanding were 125,708,883. The Company will release financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 on July 29, 2026.
