CAPITOL FEDERAL FINANCIAL, INC.® ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND AND STOCK BUYBACK UPDATE

Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: CFFN) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share on outstanding CFFN common stock. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 1, 2026. Between January 1, 2026 and April 22, 2026, the Company has also repurchased 3,083,445 shares of common stock at an average cost of $7.27 per share. As of April 22, 2026, total shares outstanding were 126,760,727. The Company will release financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 on April 29, 2026.
