CPI Corp. (NYSE: CPY) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.25 per share, $1.00 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on August 23, 2010 to shareholders of record as of August 16, 2010. The ex-dividend date is August 12, 2010.
