Diamond Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMND) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.045 per common share, $0.18 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on February 4, 2011, to common stockholders of record as of January 28, 2011. The ex-dividend date is January 24, 2011.
