The fourth-quarter dividend will be payable on December 16, 2011, to shareholders of record as of November 16, 2011. Shares were down 0.80 percent, or $0.11, to $13.62. Managed High Yield Plus Fund Inc. (HYF), a closed-end management investment company, announced that the fund's board of directors has declared a dividend from net investment income of $0.0175 per share. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2011, to shareholders of record as of October 20, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 18, 2011. Shares were trading at $1.93 with zero percent change on its last close. Carpenter Technology Corp. (NYSE: CRS), which is engaged in the manufacturing, fabrication and distribution of specialty metals, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock, payable December 1, 2011, to shareholders of record on October 25, 2011.
