Koss Corporation (Nasdaq: KOSS) today released its restated earnings for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2009 and 2008, and the quarter ended September 30, 2009. Koss also amended quarterly reports filed with the SEC to include financial statements that were omitted from the Company's previously filed reports for the quarters ended December 31, 2009 and March 31, 2010. The restatements follow the Company's discovery in December 2009 of unauthorized transactions calculated to total $31.5 million made by Sujata Sachdeva, the Company's former V.P.
