The AllianceBernstein Closed-End Funds declared the following distributions today: FUND NAME AND DISTRIBUTIONS EX-DATE RECORD DATE PAYMENT DATE AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AWF) 11/5/2026 11/5/2026 11/20/2026 $0.0655 per share of investment income AllianceBernstein National Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AFB) 11/5/2026 11/5/2026 11/20/2026 $0.067 per share With respect to the AllianceBernstein National Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.067, which represents an increase of $0.01682 from the $0.05018 per share previously paid by the Fund. The increase is due to the adoption of a managed distribution policy. Under the policy, the Fund intends to make regular monthly distributions to shareholders at a level established from time to time by the Fund's Board of Directors. If distributions under the policy exceed the Fund's aggregate net investment income and net realized capital gains with respect to a given year, the difference will generally constitute a return of capital to shareholders. A return of capital may occur when some or all of the money a shareholder invested in the Fund is returned to the shareholder.
