Multi-Color Corporation (Nasdaq: LABL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared the Company's quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, $0.20 annualized.
The dividend is payable September 1, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 23, 2010. The ex-dividend date is August 19, 2010.
