Crown Crafts Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWS) reports Q1 EPS of $0.08, versus $0.06 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $17.2 million, compared to $17.7 million in Q209. The Company also today announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on August 10, 2010, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company's Series A common stock of $0.02 per share.
