NOV Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend and Supplemental Dividend
NOV Inc. (NYSE: NOV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, payable on June 26, 2026 to each stockholder of record on June 12, 2026. NOV also announced today that its Board of Directors declared a supplemental cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock as part of the Company’s 2025 return of capital plan.
