Sysco Declares Increase to Quarterly Dividend Payment

Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share, representing a $0.01 increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share. The new dividend is payable for the first time on July 24, 2026, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2026. “The Board’s decision today to increase the dividend underscores Sysco's commitment to delivering consistent shareholder returns, maintaining our status as a Dividend Aristocrat, and executing a disciplined, balanced approach to capital allocation.
