NewtekOne, Inc. Declares Dividends on Common Stock and Series B Preferred Shares

NewtekOne, Inc. (“the Company”) (Nasdaq: NEWT) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 24, 2026. The Company’s Board of Directors also declared a dividend on the Company’s outstanding 8.500% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (the “Preferred Shares”) (Nasdaq: NEWTP) in the amount of $21.25 per Preferred Share, or $0.53125 per depositary share, which is equivalent to 1/40th of the dividend on the Preferred Shares, payable on April 1, 2026 to holders of record as of March 24, 2026....
