Calamos Investments Closed-End Funds (NASDAQ: CHI, CHY, CSQ, CGO, CHW, CCD and CPZ) Announce Monthly Distributions and Required Notifications of Sources of Distribution

Calamos Investments®* has announced monthly distributions and sources of distributions paid in 2026 to shareholders of its seven closed-end funds (the Funds) pursuant to the Funds' respective distribution plans. The Calamos Strategic Total Return Fund (CSQ) will raise its distribution from 10.25 cents per share to 12.25 cents per share payable on January 9, 2026. Representing an approximate 19.5% increase from the prior distribution, the new distribution rate reflects on an annualized basis a current yield of 7.28% based upon the Fund's net asset value of $20.18 per share on December 17, 2025.
