Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL) today reported: The Board of Directors of Stepan Company has approved an increase of $0.01 per share, or 2.6%, on the quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock. The dividend of $0.395 per share is payable on December 15, 2025, to common stockholders of record on November 28, 2025. The increase marks the 58th consecutive year in which the quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock has increased.
