Civista Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:CIVB) ("Civista") announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per common share, consistent with the prior quarter, to shareholders of record date November 4, 2025, payable November 18, 2025.
