Peoples Bancorp Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp Inc. ("Peoples") (Nasdaq: PEBO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per common share on October 20, 2025, payable on November 18, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 4, 2025. This dividend represents a payout of approximately $14.6 million, or 49.7% of Peoples' reported third quarter 2025 earnings. Based on the closing stock price of Peoples' common shares of $28.15 on October 17, 2025, the quarterly dividend produces an annualized yield of 5.83%. Peoples Bancorp Inc.
