Fortune Brands Declares Regular Dividend

Fortune Brands, Inc. (NYSE: FO) today declared a regular dividend of 19 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable in cash on December 1, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business November 9, 2011. Fortune Brands anticipates completing the previously announced separation of its businesses - and changing its name to Beam Inc. - after the close of business on October 3, 2011.
