NXP Semiconductors Announces Quarterly Dividend

As part of its ongoing capital return program, NXP Semiconductors N.V. (Nasdaq: NXPI) today announced that its board of directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend. The board of directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend of $1.014 per ordinary share for the third quarter of 2025. The interim dividend will be paid in cash on October 8, 2025, to shareholders of record as of September 17, 2025. Taxation – Cash Dividends Cash dividends will be subject to the deduction of Dutch dividend withholding tax at the rate of 15 percent, which may be reduced in certain circumstances.
