CF BANKSHARES INC., PARENT OF CFBANK, NA, ANNOUNCES 14% INCREASE IN ITS QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND AND ITS ADDITION TO RUSSELL 3000® INDEX

CF Bankshares Inc. (Nasdaq: CFBK) (the "Company"), the parent of CFBank, NA, today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared an $0.08 per share quarterly cash dividend on its common stock and a corresponding $8.00 per share quarterly cash dividend on its Series D preferred stock. This represents a 14% increase over its previous quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on July 21, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 11, 2025.
