Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund Announces Distribution of $0.08 Per Share for June 2025

Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today a monthly distribution of $0.08 per share for June 2025. This distribution is payable to common stockholders on June 30, 2025 (as outlined in the table below). The Company declares distributions on a monthly basis, with its next distribution expected to be declared in early July. Payment of future distributions is subject to the approval of the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as meeting the covenants on the Company’s debt agreements and the terms of its preferred stock.
