The RMR Group Inc. Raises Quarterly Dividend by 5.3%

The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced it has raised its regular quarterly cash dividend on its shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B-1 Common Stock to $0.40 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 ($1.60 per share per year), representing a 5.3% increase over last quarter’s cash dividend of $0.38 per share.
