Ensco (ESV) Declares $0.35 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield
Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.35 per Class A ordinary share, $1.40 annualized.
The dividend is payable on September 17, 2010, to holders of Ensco’s American Depositary Shares (ADSs) as of the September 6, 2010, with an ex-dividend date of September 2, 2010.
