Steris (STE) Posts Q1 EPS of $0.46, Beats by 1c; Increases Quarterly Dividend 36% to $0.15, Yields 1.9%
Steris (NYSE: STE) reports Q1 EPS of $0.46, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter was $291.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $299.44 million.
The Company also announced today that STERIS’s Board of Directors has authorized a four cent increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable September 21, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 24, 2010. The ex-dividend date is August 20, 2010.
