Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly common stock cash dividend by 4% to $0.125 per common share, $0.50 annualized.
The dividend is payable September 10th to shareholders of record as of August 20, 2010. The ex-dividend date is August 18, 2010.
