Jefferson Security Bank Announces Special One-time Dividend in Celebration of 150th Anniversary

President and CEO of Jefferson Security Bank (OTCQB: JFWV), Cindy Kitner, announced at the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders today, April 24, 2019, the Board of Directors approval of a special one-time dividend in the amount of $0.65 per share. The dividend will be paid on May 17, 2019 to shareholders of record on May 3, 2019.
