Northwest Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: NWBI) reports Q2 EPS of $0.15, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, $0.40 annualized.
