My Dividend Path To Financial Independence - June 2016 Portfolio Update
This month easily marked the busiest month in my investment history:

As I wrote in my previous article, I am planning to invest at least $ 1,000 per month into my portfolio in order to build up my dividend tree. As far as June is concerned, I overachieved on that several times as I was somehow "dragged" into some sort of shopping spree. Mostly, these purchases were really marginal in order to diversify my portfolio and increase the number of regular payments. However, there were a few exceptions.
Let me recall! When I woke up on June 24, I was absolutely dumbfounded that the BREXIT vote passed and once the German stock market was projected to open a whopping 10% down, I knew it was the right choice to load up my brokerage account right in front of that day. So, when the market opened there was havoc everywhere. Not only couldn't most of the servers of German finance sites and brokers handle the massive storm of requests but best-in-class companies like adidas (one of NKE main competitors) were hammered.
Thus, despite not being value investments, I bought the following (all German companies not traded on U.S. stock exchanges unfortunately):
