Dividends In Danger? Let's Restart This Series
Wow. Where does the time go? The last time I wrote a Dividends in Danger article was in September 2011.
A recent exchange in a comment stream convinced me to restart this series. As before, I will act mostly as a scribe, reporting what readers and other authors say about dividends that may be in danger. The idea is to consolidate information into one place and provide an opportunity to talk about it.
To get restarted, rather than go through SA's recent articles, I am presenting here those stocks on Wealthy Retirement's Safety Net Pro service that currently have dividend safety ratings of F. On their system, a grade of F means that a company's dividend is very unsafe and likely to be cut. For more information on their approach, please see "Dividend Growth Investing, Lesson 17: Dividend Safety."
The purpose is to start conversations. Please use the comment stream to evaluate the dividend safety of any stock mentioned below or any other stock.
Please also use the comment stream to bring to everyone's attention articles that you see on SA or elsewhere that opine on the safety of any dividend.
Here are the stocks that show non-zero yields with dividend safety ratings of F on Safety Net Pro:
