M.D.C. Holdings (MDC) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield
M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company's common stock, $1.00 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 to shareowners of record on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. The ex-dividend date is February 7, 2011.
