Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: HTLF), announced today that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the company's common stock at its meeting held December 15, 2015. The special dividend is payable on December 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 25, 2015.
