Central Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEBK) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, $0.20 annualized.
The dividend is payable on or about February 18, 2011 to stockholders of record on February 4, 2011. The ex-dividend date is February 2, 2011.
