Meridian Bioscience (Nasdaq: VIVO) reports Q3 EPS of $0.16, versus the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter was $33.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $35.58 million.

The company also declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2010, (indicated annual rate of $0.76 per share), 12% higher than the regular quarterly rate of fiscal 2009.
