Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA)(NYSE: UBP) announced that their Board has approved an increase of their quarterly dividend to $0.245. The increase amount to $0.01 annually.
The dividend is payable January 21, 2011 to stockholders of record on January 7, 2011. The ex-dividend date is January 5, 2011.
