Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.115 per common share, $0.46 annualized. The company had previously declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per common share.
The dividend will be payable March 10, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2011. The ex-dividend date is February 17, 2011.
