Glatfelter (NYSE: GLT) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per common share, $0.36 annualized.
The dividend is payable on February 1, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 7, 2011. The ex-dividend date is January 5, 2010.
