Colony Financial (CLNY) Boosts Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.30; Yields 6.1%

Colony Financial, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share, $1.20 annualized. The dividend is a 20% increase from the current rate of $0.25. The dividend will be paid on January 14, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2010.
