Tyco Int'l (TYC) Declares CHF0.23 Quarterly Dividend; Proposes 20% Boost to Annualized Rate
Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 0.23 Swiss Francs (CHF) per share.
The dividend is payable on February 23, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 28, 2011. The ex-dividend date is January 26, 2010.
Additionally, the board recommended that shareholders approve an annual dividend of $1.00 per share at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on March 9, 2011.
