JPMorgan (JPM) Could Announce a 10% Share Buyback and More Than Triple Its Dividend in 2011 - Analyst

Deutsche Bank reiterated their bullish stance on JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) following a meeting with CEO Jamie Dimon. The firm said the lackluster 2010 share performance should reverse in 2011. The firm said "capital expectations may finally be low enough, operating leverage should improve throughout the year, net interest income will remain sluggish near term, but may inflect in 2H11, and hopefully there’s less regulatory drag." The firm said while the 2010 capital story was disappoint to investors, 2011 will be rewarding. They sees a possible 10% stock buyback announcement in the first quarter and expect a $0.70 dividend in 2011. The firm sees dividend increases in both the first and third quarters.
