Marchex Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend for Common Stock

Marchex, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCHX), today announced that the company's Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.02 per share on its common stock. Marchex will pay these dividends on November 18, 2014 to the holders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2014.
