Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, $0.24 annualized. The dividend is a 300% increase from the current rate of $0.02. The dividend is payable December 31, 2010 to all shareholders of record on December 15, 2010.
