Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share, $1.80 annualized. The dividend is a 29% increase from the current rate of $0.35.
The dividend is payable on January 17, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2010. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2010.
