Gaiam (GAIA) Declares Early Payment of $0.15 Annual Dividend; Announced Promotions to President and CFO

Gaiam, Inc. (Nasdaq: GAIA) declared the early payment of Gaiam's 2011 annual dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2010 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2010. The ex-dividend date is December 13, 2010. Yield on the annual dividend is 2.1%.
