Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, $0.40 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on or about January 3, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2010. The ex-dividend date is December 13, 2010.
