L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.60 annualized.
The dividend is payable on September 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at close of business on August 17, 2010. The ex-dividend date is August 13, 2010.
