Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTWS) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2325 per common share, $0.93 annualized. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2010, for shareholders of record as of December 1, 2010. The ex-dividend date is November 29, 2010. Yield on the dividend is 3.8%.
