Equity LifeStyle Props (ELS) Increases Annual Dividend 25% to $1.50 for FY11; Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 2.1% Yield

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE: ELS) discussed its annual dividend policy at today’s Board meeting. After discussion, the Board approved setting the annual dividend rate for 2011 at $1.50 per share, an increase of $0.30 over the current $1.20 per share for 2010. The Board of Directors also declared the Company’s fourth quarter 2010 dividend of $0.30 per share, $1.20 annualized.
