Keynote Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN) reports Q4 EPS of $0.16, ex-items, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $20.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $20.33 million. Raises its quarterly dividend from 5c to 6c/share.
