Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) reports Q3 FFO of $0.25, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter was $87.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $88.71 million.
Also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.115 per common unit, $0.46 annualized. The dividend is a 15% increase from the current rate of $0.10.
The dividend is payable January 14, 2011, to unitholders of record as of December, 31, 2010. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2010.
