Homeowners Choice, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCI) has declared the company's first ever cash dividend in the amount of $00.30 per share.
The dividend will be paid December 20, 2010 to shareholders of record on the close of business November 20, 2010. The ex-dividend date is November 18, 2010.
The dividend represents a quarterly dividend of $0.10 and a special $0.20 dividend.
