Home BancShares (HOMB) Approves $0.054 Quarterly Cash Dividend

Home BancShares, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOMB) declared a regular $0.054 per share quarterly cash dividend payable December 1, 2010, to shareholders of record November 10, 2010. After taking into consideration the 10% stock dividend paid in June 2010, this cash dividend is equal to the cash dividend paid each quarter during 2009.
